Multi Drop Delivery Driver

We're HEQS Wholesale Group - an Australian family-owned manufacturer, importer and wholesaler of furniture, bedding and appliances, trading since 2006, with an 11,000 sqm factory and our own warehouses in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Victoria is where we're investing next, and we need someone on the ground to own new business across it.

This is a new-business role. You'll be on the road across Greater Melbourne, plus regional Victoria as the pipeline needs, opening accounts with:

• Commercial fit-out companies, builders and project managers

• Hotels, pubs, clubs and hospitality groups

• Student accommodation, build-to-rent and co-living operators

• 40+ face-to-face meetings with new decision-makers

• Quotes out for FF&E and volume packages within 48 hours

• New accounts opened and first orders shipping from Melbourne stock

• Pipeline kept current in Microsoft Dynamics 365

• An offshore sales-support team doing research, qualification and quote admin

• Segment lead lists across nine sectors, already built

• Our own factory and direct import - price and lead times competitors can't match

• Our National Sales Director, who you'll build the VIC plan with

• 2+ years opening new B2B accounts in the field in Australia - ideally commercial furniture, FF&E, fit-out, building products, hospitality equipment or trade wholesale. Tender or procurement-panel experience (VendorPanel, Buying for Victoria) is a plus

• Evidence: accounts you've won, their value and how you won them

• Accurate quoting and same-day follow-up

• Current driver's licence and full Australian work rights

• Base $70,000-$90,000 + uncapped commission (OTE $120,000-$150,000)

• Fully maintained company car with personal use - fuel, rego, servicing and insurance covered

• iPhone and laptop (company car and devices are covered by our workplace monitoring policy, provided in writing before you start)

• Staff discounts on furniture and appliances

Send your resume and answer the screening questions - including one account you opened from cold: who it was, what it was worth, and how you won it. We read that first, and applications without it won't be progressed.

Business Development Manager - Commercial Furniture & FF&E | Car + Comms

Retail Operator/Social Marketing Executive (QLD)

Priceworth is an industry-leading company located in Acacia Ridge QLD that specializes in online & retail sales of home furniture and white goods appliances. We are excited to offer the opportunity for a self-driven individual experienced with operating, managing, and analyzing a variety of social media platforms and who has prior retail sales experience to join our company in a full-time role.

Retails Sales/Social Media Marketing Assistant

HEQS Wholesales Pty Ltd is an Australian family-owned manufacturer, importer and wholesaler of furniture and appliances, trading since 2007. We run an 11,000 sqm factory producing 120+ couches and beds a day, source from nine countries, and hold more than 1,000 products in our own Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane warehouses. We supply furniture and bedding retailers, commercial fit-out and project builders, student accommodation and co-living operators, aged care, NDIS and the hospitality sector - and we have just secured a new WA supply contract with Defence Housing Australia (DHA), giving us our first foothold in the state.

You are HEQS's first person on the ground in WA. You will run the newly won DHA supply relationship from day one, and build everything else in the state around it - new accounts across furniture and bedding retail, commercial fit-out, student accommodation and co-living, aged care, NDIS and hospitality.

• Own delivery of the WA DHA contract - the day-to-day account relationship, order flow, and being the person DHA calls when something needs to move

• Open new accounts across Western Australia - furniture and bedding retailers, commercial fit-out and project builders, student accommodation and co-living operators, aged care, NDIS and hospitality

• Work the segment contact files we already hold and turn them into meetings, meetings into quotes, and quotes into orders

• Quote FF&E and volume packages and follow them through to delivery rather than handing them off

• Get us registered and active on the government and commercial procurement panels that matter in WA

• Run your territory through Microsoft Dynamics 365 - activity, pipeline and forecast, kept current

• Feed what you hear in the market back into ranging and product decisions

This is the part most sales roles do not have, and it is the reason we can ask you to spend your day in front of customers and on the DHA account instead of at a keyboard.

• An offshore sales support team handling research, qualification and quoting admin

• AI-assisted outreach, so the first contact is often already made before you pick up the phone

• Microsoft Copilot for meeting preparation and account briefings

• Segment contact files across nine sectors, already built and waiting to be worked

• Direct import and our own factory, so you can move on price and commit to lead times other reps cannot

• A live, funded government contract on day one - you are not starting from zero

Hybrid, and we mean it. Come in for team sessions, product training and planning. The rest of the time you are in front of customers, on-site for DHA delivery, or working from wherever is closest to your next appointment.

• You are ready to go. You have opened accounts from cold before and you can tell us the numbers - how many, what they were worth, how long they took.

• You are comfortable owning a contract relationship, not just chasing new logos - DHA needs someone who follows through on delivery commitments as carefully as they chase the next sale.

• You are detailed. Quotes are right the first time. Follow-ups happen on the day you said they would.

• You are on the ground. You would rather be in a showroom, a warehouse or a site office than in a meeting about a meeting.

• You execute. We will give you the strategy, the tools, the leads, and a live contract. What we need back is delivery against what you promised.

• You are comfortable being first - there is no existing WA team or office to lean on yet, and building that is part of the job.

This is not the role for someone who needs to be chased, or who is more comfortable planning the work than doing it.

• Two or more years opening new B2B accounts on the road, with results you can put numbers to

• Experience managing a contract or key account relationship through to delivery, not just winning it

• Genuine attention to detail in quoting, documentation and follow-through

• Comfortable with CRM discipline - we use Microsoft Dynamics 365 and will train you on it

• Current Australian driver's licence and full working rights in Australia

• Able to run a state territory independently without day-to-day supervision - WA has no existing HEQS team yet

• Experience selling to or delivering against government or defence-related contracts (DHA, state government panels, or similar)

• Background in furniture, bedding, appliances, joinery, FF&E or building products

• Project or tender quoting, or experience with procurement panels

• Existing relationships in student accommodation, build-to-rent, commercial fit-out, hospitality or furniture retail in WA

• Base of $85,000 to $100,000 depending on experience, plus superannuation

• Uncapped commission on what you bring in - on-target earnings of $130,000 to $150,000

• Fully maintained company vehicle with all running costs covered

• Hybrid working and real autonomy over your territory

• Offshore support team, AI outreach and Copilot behind you
