Pricing & Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Full payment for products or services must be made as per the agreement between the Customer and the Company.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. The Company must be notified of any issues within a reasonable timeframe from the receipt of the goods or services.

The Company’s liability for any claim related to our products or services shall be limited to the amount paid by the Customer for said products or services.

Intellectual Property

Any designs, trademarks, or other intellectual property developed by HEQS Group remain the property of the Company.
